How it works
Your Nurse Business Expert, On Call is coaching built around how your business actually unfolds, not around a fixed agenda that might not match it.
When you join, you'll receive a scheduling link you'll use throughout the year.
Your first session is 30 minutes, so we can get properly oriented to where you are and where you want to go. After that, sessions are unlimited and 15 minutes each.
At the end of each call, we agree on a clear next step.
You receive a recording of your session.
Once you've taken that next step, booking your next session is quick and simple.
This is truly unlimited coaching.
Between sessions, you're not on your own. If you get stuck on a step or need support, you can post questions and expect a response within two business days; usually within one.
There's no countdown here and no falling behind. Move at your own speed. This isn't another program with a clock ticking over your head. Some weeks you may want several calls. Other weeks, none. Both are fine. The structure exists to serve your pace, not the other way around.
