  • Then, you'll have a private 60-minute coaching session with Sharon Burch to analyze your business assessment findings and make a customized plan. 

  • Your plan will include the best ways for you to move forward, and may include completing missed developmental milestones.

Course 2: Get Organized for Ease & Flow (Approved for 15 CE Contact Hours)

  • Identify your customers’ pathway and nurture it with two or more offers that lead to your main offer

  • Develop testing protocols to systematically optimize marketing assets and improve conversion rates at key points in the client journey.

  • Build a comprehensive 90-day implementation plan with prioritized actions to establish or improve your lead generation ecosystem.

  • Promote your workshop with a strategic 10-day plan using compelling messages that resonate with your ideal clients, delivered through carefully selected channels where your potential participants already gather.

  • Assemble a complete workshop package with a visually appealing presentation, engaging interactive materials, compelling registration pages, and properly configured technology for seamless delivery.

  • Develop a plan for testing your workshop with a small pilot group

  • Create effective feedback collection tools to gather actionable insights

  • Analyze and implement feedback to refine your workshop content and delivery

The Marketing & Sales Mastery Lab helps you develop your marketing skills and reach your revenue goals by providing personal feedback and support to

Participants can earn 1 CE hour per Lab, up to 10 CE contact hours total.
